Haley joined the Â鶹ÊÓƵ in 2025 as Assistant General Counsel. She brings nearly a decade of experience in the federal judiciary, having clerked for multiple judges in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, most recently serving as Career Law Clerk to the Honorable Carla L. Baldwin.
Haley holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the Â鶹ÊÓƵ and a J.D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she was Managing Editor of the UNLV Gaming Law Journal.
A proud native Nevadan and alumna of the University she now serves, Haley is deeply connected to the Reno community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her rescue dogs, swimming in Tahoe, and reading books for one of her several book clubs.
