Nevada Undergraduate Research Award

Students in all disciplines can submit a proposal to fund academic research, scholarship, or creative activity.

Eligibility

  • Open to all undergraduate students across disciplines
  • No minimum GPA
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Apply in the fall and receive the award the following spring – application due by 5 p.m., Monday, Oct. 26, 2026.

Pack Research Experience Program

Directly benefiting freshmen and sophomores, this award pays students hourly to work on a research or creative project.

Eligibility

  • Open to all students with a freshman or sophomore standing
  • No minimum GPA

Travel Award

  • Harnessing the Data Revolution for Fire Science (HDRFS) for Nevada's Established Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR) Data Analytics Certification and Training Program provides a unique opportunity that offers tuition coverage for a self-paced training program, equipping students with essential skills applicable across diverse disciplines.
